Personal experience; my expectations for this project

My expectations coming into this new project is that the skills that I have learnt from previous semester projects will be put to the test which I feel pretty confident yet also nervous about as the intensity of the workload will be completely different from the previous projects as I was working alongside groups for the projects I was working on whereas for this semester I will be working solely by myself which I feel like I can and will achieve.

The skill(s) I wish to develop personally (my minor Foci so to say) is 3D modelling as even though I have experienced the aspects of 3D modelling in my last semester project (WSA AR experience) it felt more of a simplistic and beginning standpoint of those skills whereas I would like to develop and enhance those skills and create models(pieces?) that capture a sense of being dynamic and refined/detailed, so in order me to refine those skills, I have taken up an online course (starting as from 26th October) set by escape studios London called character creation in vfx which uses blender (or similar programs like zbrush for example) and creating a character starting from the very basics of 3D modelling to the intermediate development of those skills. I will be documenting my progress (separate from my actual game design documentation) through the use of screenshots and notes because I want to showcase the development of my skills and prove that I have improved my skills when it comes to 3D modelling.
